Det er et godt Hotel.

Det er et godt Hotel. Der er Kaffe på værelset. Dog var det lidt koldt på værelset og det kunne vist ikke gøres bedre. Morgenmaden er rigtig god og varieret.

The room was perfect except for the tub and shower the tub was on an elevated platform which made it tricky to step in and especially out of the tub without slipping If I were the property owner, I would address this situation before someone slipped and fell

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Vriendelijk personeel, zeer ruime kamer gekregen. Ontbijt en diner is wel ok, maar mag wel beter. Steak was trouwens we super. Naast groot winkelcentrum. Maar niet dichtbij de stadskern. Grote ontsluitingsweg dichtbij hotel.

Excellent service!

I had a great service. Got picked up at the Airport outside normal hours. Everything prepared when arriving to the hotel. Got a very nice upgrade of the room. I spend arround 100 days a year on hotels. This was one of the best experiences I have had in years.

Verzogene Fenster(-rahmen) mit einem ca. 3 mm breiten Spalt, durch den der Lärm der am Hotel vorbeiführenden Hauptverkehrsstraßen (Autobahnen) ungehindert ins Schlafzimmer dringt und für eine schlaflose Nacht gesorgt hat (Zimmer 1711). Des Weiteren liegt das Hotel NICHT in Kiew (16 km vom Zentrum und jeglichem Geschehen entfernt)!

The hotel is attached to a shopping center. I was not able to spend a lot of time there, but what I saw was nice Coming off the brightly lit elevator into a dark floor was always a bit disconcerting.
