“This is one of the best stays in Japan we have experienced. We are a family of 4, with 2 young children aged 2 and 4. From the moment we drove into the carpark, to the check in service, late night request for a diaper bin, until the very last moment we left, Sorano gave us a warm welcoming and relaxing feeling with excellent service. We are already saying next time wehn we visit Tokyo we will come back.”

“As English only speakers we really enjoyed our time at BaliAn even though most of the staff spoke only a small amount of English. They really looked after us, and with the use of Google Translate we managed to get things sorted out very quickly.
This is a really lovely hotel, quiet and great to get away from the busy hustle bustle of Tokyo. Be aware that it is about 1km from the train station that takes you directly into Tokyo (Shibuya) but you can get a Uber or a bus there quite easily (or……
