"1棟貸しで快適で部屋も綺麗で良かったと思います。 ですが設備のメンテナンスが不十分だと感じました。 テラスのテーブルは一つ破損していて使えない、屋内用のホットプレートは使い古されていて正直汚い、備え付けの洗濯機は何度やっても脱水でエラーが起き、旅行先なのに洗濯物がびちょびちょのまま袋に入れて持ち帰りました。 タブレットを使ってビデオ通話でチェックインと説明が行われるのですが、オペレーターが外国の方で、なんとか聞き取れるくらいのギリギリの日本語での対応でした。 この程度の人がオペレーターやってるなら施設の清掃やメンテナンスもその程度なんだろうなと思ってしまいました。 楽天が経営してるので全く問題ないだろうと安心して宿泊しましたが、建物や部屋が綺麗なこと以外は正直微妙だと感じたので、もう利用しないかなと思います。 1棟貸しって正直どこまで片付ければいいのかもあまりわからなくて、 綺麗にして返さないとダメかな〜と思い、洗い物や掃除などでチェックアウト前にバタバタしてしまい、旅行なのになんとも休まらない宿泊になってしまいました。"

"We had an amazing time staying at the Amber house in Zaimokuza. The amenities were excellent, the house has all kitchenware stocked, and the parking spot right out front was very convenient and fit our rental SUV. It is a little tricky pulling in/out of the narrow driveway but one of the neighbors came and helped us. The beach is just steps away (look for the underpass walkway, don't cross the road) and also close to the Drop-In Cafe for great lattes. We would love to come back some day!"
