“This is a big resort so there is little to no personalization. For instance, ALL the rooms are ready at the same time (no allowance for early check in). They have all the luggage in a room that is not secured but you do have access to your things easily. There are many steps everywhere to go anywhere. The pool is a nice temperature and the downstairs restaurant was very nice (atmosphere and taste) but the main restaurant was meh. I had heart issues one night and the staff at the hotel called……

“We stayed at The Bay Hotel & Suites with two young children and unfortunately our experience fell well below expectations. We booked a Senior Suite with Garden View based on the description and photographs advertised, but the initial room was materially different and raised genuine safety concerns. “We had a great stay here. Very calm area with a mini market nearby (walking distance) for anything you need like snacks or water. We rented a car which we would highly recommend doing, they have a parking lot for the hotel which is nice. The view from our room (we picked one with a sea view) was amazing. The restaurant was very convenient with friendly staff and good food. They also have a beach bar and of course a beach right under the hotel which was very nice. We used the lounge chairs at the……

“Lovely Stay, had a sea view deluxe room and it was lovely, Staff very Frand helpful especially Yannis and Eva, granddaughter loved the big pool and small pool, pool towels provided which was a bonus, Breakfast was fine always something to eat and yes it can be the same every day but wasn't an issue for us, we will be back 😀”

“The hotel looks absolutely beautiful and gives very luxurious feel. I loved the way that even when the resort was full you always had space for yourself. Food was great, cleaning staff amazing and it was also great to have access to showers if you were leaving in the afternoon after you checked out. All staff except one lady at the bar (working in the morning) were amazing and I hope I’ll see them there next time too. They really ensured that you feel like you have everything you need. Rafael……
