「We had a wonderful stay and were warmly welcomed upon arrival by the friendly staff, who greeted us at the entrance and offered us a refreshing drink while they completed our check-in. From the moment we arrived, the staff could not have been more attentive or helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, and the level of service really added to our overall experience. The hotel offered fantastic amenities, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was a real highlight, with a wonderful...

「I think going in with expectations that this was going to be like other 5 star hotels impacted our view of Tsamis. It's not comparable to other 5 start hotels we have stayed in. Starting with the room, it was perfectly fine but it was a bit tired and the taps were loose in the wall. It lacked the finishing touches you would expect from 5 start.
