The staff are lovely at the hotel and very helpful. The road outside is VERY noisy but they moved me to a quieter room.

Better than expected for the price

Although the hotel is very dated and very basic, it was excellent value for money. Expect what you pay for. Rooms are clean. Pool is very small and limited space to sunbathe but ok for a cool down. Breakfast is basic - croissants, few meats, yogurts, fruit bottled water & orange, coffee - not bad at all. Staff are friendly and helpful and the bar is cheap. Free large car park and a short walk to supermarkets, McDonald’s and the town. Main downfall is that it is situated on a busy road with no footpath - not ideal but ok . Overall quite impressed and would return!

Staff were nice and helpful. Rooms need updating. Broken light switch, broken chair on the balcony and fridge was not working. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice.

Staff were very helpful. The only bad thing was the breakfast — it was a disaster. There wasn’t a single vegetable, the cereals were among the worst I’ve had, and you’d think porridge would be available everywhere… but not here. Apart from this, the time spent there was okay, thanks to the staff.

easy access to Benidorm to meet friends, available for early check in the booking form needs to give more information about the pets they accept as it said "pet friendly" but when you get to the hotel they on;y accept small dogs upto 10kg, our dog had to sleep in the car.

The furniture, room, and bathroom conditions and cleanliness are poor. We chose this hotel only for sleep and take a shower, but even only for this purpose I do not think we will come back. The staff is friendly and very professional, the breakfast is ok, you have different options to choose. There is plenty space for parking.

Dated, Nice coffee and powerful shower.

Our booking was lost and it took sometime for us to get checked in . Partly to do with Hotels.com using The Expedia as our booking agent. The aircon worked well which gave this room an extra star.The pool was closed . 31 degrees atm so could have done with a dip. The Breakfast had limited choice as I expected so this is not is not reflected in my review. The coffee Barista still A+.The room dated . Powerful shower that’s the second bonus star. Lift dates and clunky. Staff spoke fluent Spanish and Spanglish. The booking wasn’t particularly cheap and the location is awful right by a busy A road.

El hotel está en muy mal estado, pedimos una cam cuádruple y cuando llegamos nos habían dado una triple con 3 camas pequeñas y lo solucionaron con una con dos, supuestamente, camas dobles. Los colchones horribles. Por lo menos había aire acondicionado, una maquina vieja y ruidosa. Pero lo peor de todo son los huéspedes, corriendo por las habitaciones y dando voces hasta las 4 de la madrugada… Fue por necesidad porque era el único que aceptaba mascotas, aunque les faltó sacar una báscula para asegurarse que no pesaba más de 10 kilos.

Es cierto que está algo antiguo, pero muy pocos hoteles te ofrecen parking gratuito, piscina, desayuno incluido, A/C en la habitación... Por tan poco. El trato fantástico y bien ubicado. Repetiría.
