A bit disappointed

Liked the villa but was a bit disappointed with the location, the motorway runs behind the villa and you have to walk across a busy road and under an underpass to get to the town. Was asked to pay 65 Euros for towels and linen which I thought was included but having said that I did enjoy my stay.

Everything was great!

The house is well equipped and comfortable. The garden and swimming pool are well looked after and safe for children. There is a high wall all the way around enabling total privacy. The house is located in a quiet residential area just a couple of minutes drive from the local shops, restaurants and sandy beaches. Ampolla is a small very Spanish village, great for families, it isn’t a massive touristy Area and many don’t speak English or other languages. There are some nice restaurants and lots of different beaches to choose from. It is better to have a car to get about but if you wanted to walk to the beach it is possible but would take about 15 minutes. The motorway is very close which makes it practical For visits but doesn’t cause any disturbance at all as you don’t see or hear it. The owner and Maria, who shows you around on arrival, are very friendly and follow up requests quickly. My family, 2 adults a teenager and twin 6 year olds had a very relaxed and happy holiday. Many thanks!

Wir hatten die Wohnung für eine Woche für 7 Perosnen gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir wurden von ihr über WhatsApp während unserem Aufenthalt immer wieder über ein paar Dinge informiert, wie den Weg zum Strand oder dass ein Markt stattfindet. Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Wohnung bot ausreichend Platz. Auch der Pool reicht total aus. Einkaufsläden befinden sich in der Nähe und zu Fuß in die Stadt direkt an den Hafen sowie an den Strand sind es 15min. Das einzige was wir zu bemängeln hatten, war, dass das Geschirr leider nicht sauber war.

Alles in allem ein tolles Haus für einen angemessenen Preis

Wir waren 1 Woche Anfang Oktober und waren im großen und ganzen sehr zufrieden. Die Begrüßung und die Einweisung ins Haus waren sehr freundlich. Leider ging der Fernseher nicht aber die Betreuerin hat auf meine SMS sofort geantwortet und wollte auch sofort vorbei kommen und reparieren. Wir haben aber dankend abgelehnt und die Woche ohne Fernseher verbracht. Am vierten Tag hatten Wir leider ein wenig Ärger mit dem Abfluss in der Dusche. Die Betreuerin war innerhalb von 10 Minuten da und hat sich mit Erfolg um alles gekümmert. Das Haus ist klein aber hat sehr viel Flair, die Möbel waren ok, der Pool war beheizt und sauber, der Garten ist sehr schön. Leider gibt es einen kleinen Mangel von dem Wir aber in vorherigen Bewertungen schon gelesen haben und das war die direkte Nähe zur Autohahn A7 - Zum Strand und an die Promenade kann man bequem zu Fuß gehen.

Sauberkeit👍außer dass in Waschmaschine noch Lappen und Bezug drin war Lage okay, Autobahn in der Nähe (Haben wir aber vorher gewusst) Check in im Nachhinein problemlos durch den netten WhatsApp Kontakt mit Objektbetreuerin Zuzahlung für Handtücher und Bettwäsche hat uns verwundert aber das stand auch im Vertrag

Alles in allem hat uns unser 1-wöchiger Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus gut gefallen. Die Aussenanlagen sind toll. Die spanische Objektbetreuerin war sehr nett und hat uns bei 2 technischen Problemen sofort geholfen. Abzüge gibt es wegen muffigem Geruch im Schlafzimmer sowie schlechter Matratzen der Einzelbetten.

Maison au top mais attention au bruit d’autoroute

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans cette maison début septembre et elle était fidèle à la description. Propre, fonctionnelle, l’extérieur très agréable et surtout la piscine sécurisée : Parfait avec un enfant de 2 ans! La personne de contact et la propriétaire sont très sympathiques et répondent à toutes les demandes. Seul petit bémol: le bruit de l’autoroute quand même très présent. Dommage.
