Betty: House with communal pool located in a quiet area

House sleeping up to 6 people, with a communal swimming pool shared by just four neighbours.

The house is arranged over two levels. The first level has a kitchen, a separate WC, a bathroom with a shower and a living-dining room opening onto a terrace with a barbecue. The living room has a Smart TV that only works with a Wi-Fi connection.

The second level has three bedrooms: one with a 135 cm-wide double bed, one with two single beds and one with a bunk bed. There is also a bathroom with a bath.

The house is in a quiet neighbourhood of L’Escala, between Riells beach and Cala Montgó beach, just a few metres from a natural area with a small woodland.

Dogs are welcome for an additional €10 per pet per night. A maximum of one dog weighing up to 10 kg is allowed.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
