Lima: Apartment with Community Pool

Apartment for up to 6 people in L’Escala, with a terrace overlooking the pool. The family-friendly communal area has a garden and a large swimming pool.

The living and dining room has a double sofa bed and opens onto the terrace. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, with basic kitchenware and a four-ring electric hob.

There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The apartment also has a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet.

It is located 290 metres from Riells Beach. Along the seafront promenade, you’ll find bars, shops, leisure options, an amusement park and water activities.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
