Apartment in l'Escala with communal pool, 600 meters from the beach of Riells and ideal for a fantastic family vacation on the Costa Brava.



The communal area of the apartment has a communal swimming pool equipped with shower and a very well maintained lawn garden. The residence is safe, quiet and ideal for children to play and run around as the plot is completely fenced.



The apartment is small but has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The entrance door leads to a living room, dining room and kitchen. A large terrace surrounds the apartment and can be accessed from the dining room, the living room or one of the bedrooms. The terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture and also has a parasol to enjoy the terrace also on hot summer days. The apartment has two double bedrooms with double bed and a bathroom with shower.

VACACIONES EN L'ESCALA

Aunque en la descripción dice que hay toldo y sombrilla en la terraza, en la realidad, el toldo brillaba por su ausencia. Los grifos estaban muy manchados de cal. Un enchufe de la habitación pequña en estado muy precario y a punto de romperse. Al alquilar el apartamento en febrero se me autorizó a llevar mi mascota y no me informaron de ningún cargo adicional, que sí que queria cobrarme el co-anfitrión. Aparte de estas observaciones, han sido unas vacaciones perfectas!
