Perfect vacation villa and location

We previously visited L'Escala five times twenty years ago. Our adult children had vague memories of those vacations so we decided to revisit. The villa and location were perfect, the best equipped villa we have stayed in and a five minute walk to the 4 outstanding restaurants in the beautiful Sant Marti. THe local beaches are beautiful and unspoilt. The train that runs into L'escala is great and the old town of L'Escala is wonderful with an amazing selection of restaurants. We all agreed, Ours was a vacation of a lifetime. Thank you Anne

The best vacation

We spent two weeks at the house and had the most amazing time. The house was perfect for our visit with enough rooms for each of the kids and adults. The outdoor space was great to play in, read in, etc. (for when you aren't at the amazing beaches :)). We ate out at restaurants for most meals but used the kitchen for breakfasts and it worked perfectly (with a number of grocery stores within a 5 minute drive). The walk to the beach was short and easy even for my little kids. The main beach by the house was our favorite but we did visit others around the area (within 30-35 minutes drives) and also enjoyed those. Mel who helped manage the property was responsive and incredibly helpful when we had a variety of questions. We've already discussed returning next year!

Tolle Zeit in St.Marti

Atemberaubend schöne Bauhaus Villa am Meer

Wir waren als 2 Familien mit Teenagern hier zu Gast und haben unseren Urlaub wirklich sehr genossen! Die Villa ist wunderschön und stylish, bietet jede Menge Aufenthalts-, und Rückzugsräume durch die verschiedenen Terrassen und die vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Der große Garten bietet jede Menge Raum, einfach um sich freier und privater zu fühlen. Toller Pool, so dass Erfrischung jederzeit möglich ist. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht, um sich selbst zu verpflegen, wenn man mal keine Lust hat auszugehen. Auch viele Kleinigkeiten, wie Toilettenpapier, Küchenpapier, Müllbeutel, Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Essig und vieles mehr waren bereits vor Ort, so dass man sich mit dem Einkaufen des Wesentlichen nicht so beeilen muss und sich das Eine oder Andere sparen kann. Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich, und war immer daran interessiert, dass alles passt. Kommunikation mega angenehm. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz (2-3 Minuten), wenn man den nächsten aufsucht. Wir sind immer zum Kitestrand gegangen. Das waren mit dem Fahrrad 10, zu Fuß gute 20 Minuten. Wir würden jederzeit super gerne wiederkommen - vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

villa contemporaine de rêve

nous avons séjourné dans la première maison de Anne la propriétaire , maison qui est déja superbe avec de belles prestations... Anne nous a accueilli avec la même gentillesse !! cette villa contemporaine est magnifique, décoréé avec soins , (tout est dans le détail ), les chambres sont spacieuses et trés confortables, la literie est top , les salles de bain et la cuisine trés tendances sont trés bien equipées (il ne manque rien!)de grandes baies vitrées donnent aux pieces une belle lumière nous permettant de profiter du jardin et de la piscine en permanence ; j ai adoré me reposer sur les grandes banquettes douillettes des terrasses !!! et le calme !!!! l'ideal : ne pas toucher à notre voiture ... plage à 5 mn à pied, restos , payottes aussi, petit chemin au bord de la plage qui nous amène à l'escala à pied ou à vélo à 20 mn ; et biensur , du soleil à gogo !!! dans une villa trés fraiche ;nous ne pouvons mettre que 5 étoiles afin de conseiller aux amoureux de l'Espagne ce séjour .

Une maison magnifique

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos vacances dans la maison d'Anne. Il est meublé avec beaucoup de goût et offre beaucoup d'espace pour les familles et les amis. Anne avait préparé un panier-cadeau avec des spécialités pour nous accueillir. Les chambres et les salles de bains sont modernes et spacieuses. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et un gril Weber est également disponible. La plage n'est qu'à 5 minutes. En résumé, une maison magnifique. Merci Anne !

une maison exceptionnelle !!!

tant pour son emplacement, 2 minutes à pied de la plage de SAN MARTI D EMPURIES(vraiment 2 minutes!!) tant pour ses prestations ; la maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût , raffinée avec un mobilier récent de qualité; la literie de toutes les chambres était neuve !!! un grand barbecue weber, un terrain de pétanque ... un service entretien pour le jardin et la piscine !!! en fait elle correspondait exactement au descriptif ; en plus le soleil était au rendez vous et malgré la température espagnole la maison est restée fraiche !! nous avons passés de véritables vacances , c'était génial !!! on réserve pour l'année prochaine merci à Anne pour son accueil .... on adore !!!!

SUPERBE MAISON

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés la propriétaire nous attendait. Elle nous avait composé un superbe panier avec des produits de l'Escala. Nous avons énormément apprécié. Concernant la maison. Elle est magnifique. On se sent comme chez nous. Très confortable. de plein pied. malgré des températures élevées elle reste fraîche. Nous sommes à proximité du village de San Marti et aussi de l'Escala. Et toutes ces belles plages qui ne sont qu'à quelques minutes à pied. La literie est très bonne. La décoration est raffinée. L'extérieur est très bien entretenu. Nous avons été très contents de notre séjour. Un grand merci à Mme Meynard.
