This small refuge invites you to explore and discover many spaces: his chill out area and magnificent saltwater swimming pool also his spectacular solarium withloungers and comfortable hammock to swing between the pines, the original picnic table for eating, snacking or having an aperitif.Everything is done to disconnect, rest and enjoy magical moments, alone or in company.

The house welcomes teenagers, young people and pets.Want to escape to this house?Land of 1000 meters, swimming pool 3.5 x 7, very quiet area.

With more than seven kilometers of coastline, l'Escala guarantees that every bather will find a place to their liking. From stretches of sandy beaches with all kinds of services nearby, to small coves of pebbles surrounded by pine forests and cliffs. Some are exit points from the channel for swimming in the open sea and others offer a wide range of sports or are of particular interest for scuba diving, not to mention unique features such as swimming or sunbathing alongside the two thousand years of Greek Moll history. . Immer wieder schön in l'Escala

Le petit Havre ist das beste aber auch das teuerste Haus in l'Escala, das wir bisher bewohnten. Sauber und gepflegt. Sehr grosser Aussenbereich und toller Pool. Einzig die angegebene Lage stimmte nicht überein, das Haus liegt ca. einen Kilometer weiter weg praktisch am Rande der Siedlung. Ansonsten alles top

Très belle maison, agréable jardin très bien entretenu, arboré et

Maison bien agencé même si pas besoin du salon. La terrasse est très grande et très agréable. Belle salle de bain et chambres spacieuse. Petit bémols : la piscine est très froide et nous n’en avons pas profitée. Au soleil 3 heures le matin puis à l’ombre des sapins donc elle ne chauffe pas. Quel domaine…

Cette villa porte bien son nom "petit havre".

Villa absolument parfaite, tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur (un charme fou). Chacun peut trouver son petit coin de paradis à l'ombre ou au soleil et cela est très agréable. Le quartier est très calme. Seul le cri des goélands "troublera" votre sérénité, mais quel bonheur de les entendre ... Nous recommandons vivement (+/- 15 minutes à pied des commerces, restaurants, plage et Lunapark).
