"New or newly renovated. Very courteous staff. Room was spacious compared to other hotels we stayed during our France trip. Good base of operations if you plan to drive around amd visit all the Alps towns like Chamonix "

"We stayed overnight after we left our ski apartment, before travelling on the next day. Very nice staff let us leave our many bags with early check-in. Perfect for a quick stop-over. Good breakfast for the price. A great formula if youâre on the move."

"We thought of booking a room with breakfast. However, breakfast was quite pricey but they had a much better deal with half pension. The dinner was indeed very good.
The hotel has quite a nice character with nice atmosphere but the rooms need to be refurbished."

"We stayed here for 3 nights for my mums birthday and everything was just perfect. Olade was so friendly and helpful with any questions we had. She really ensured we had a fabulous stay! The area is quiet and there are nice walks and places to hike nearby. As we went out of season, all the local dining places and bars were closed but we had a car so we were able to drive into Annecy and eat and drink their. As there are not that many rooms, the spa was always quiet which was nice. Breathtaking...

"On check in told I had to pay for room as it wasnât paid for. Paid again and then when checked back on bookings I had fully paid prior to arrival. I spoke to the lady on reception who asked me to come back in the morning for a refund as she was busy with a problem. Went back in the morning and provided her with receipts of both payments and she said she would get her superior to do it the next day. I have emailed and messaged through hotels.com and had no response. Shocking service for an error on their part. "
"Great place to stay for a ski holiday! We enjoyed our time (group of 5) and had a great breakfast every morning, and a free shuttle to the ski lifts. We really had a nice time"
"Everything about the hotel itself was excellent, the property felt very new and clean, rooms were a good size and well equipped. The spa was also very clean and although small, was never too busy, and was separate to the main pool so for those looking for a little more quiet, it was for over 16s only. All to the staff were amazing, we had great communication from Emma before and during our stay, and Vinesh makes the best cocktails on the mountain! It was very accessible to the slopes, and has the nicest boot room we have ever had.
The only drawback is the location for amenities, there is only one small (but very nice) food shop which sells wine, cheese and bread, and only 2 restaurants locally, so I'd recommend a food shop before you arrive, or be willing to drive/get a bus if you plan to cook more."
