For rent from Saturday to Saturday, very nice apartment in beautiful residence facing the sea of the red island for 4 people. Close town center. Hiking trail at the foot of the residence, renowned beaches at 2 minutes. Conveniences accessible on foot: supermarket leclerc, pharmacy ... the spacious terrace of 26m2 is a place where it is good to be with friends around a drink. It can accommodate between 2 to 6 people with a sunbathing area and 2 parasols and a hammock. You can spend a good part of the day there, it is shaded from 12:00 (shade is a luxury in high season) and it is protected from the wind. Only one floor to climb despite the fact that the apartment is on the second floor. The apartment is fully equipped and air-conditioned for a pleasant stay. Wifi is available if the reservation is made minimum one week before arrival of the tenants. The activation of the internet subscription takes 5 days, for any reservation of last minute the wifi will not be insured.
Pets are allowed (either a cat or a medium or small sized dog) but not two animals at the same time.
Reversible air conditioning in all rooms. Ferry and railway station in the port of ile rousse and airport of calvi to 20 km. The region of Balagne is full of crisp villages and beautiful beaches, not to mention the culinary specialties ...

A deposit (deposit of guarantee) of 900 € is requested the day of your arrival in the rent, during the delivery of the Key. It will be returned at the end of your stay, after and according to the inventory of the places of exit.

Also, a cleaning fee of 75.00 € is required when you enter the premises, as end-of-stay cleaning.

Bel appartement, fidèle aux photos. Propre, bien équipé, très belle vue sur la mer, situé loin du centre et des plages, la voiture est obligatoire. En couple, nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Les conseils de Sylvie pour visiter l'Ile Rousse et ces environs sont parfaits. Quelques petits soucis électriques dans l'appartement durant le séjour mais pris en compte immédiatement par Sylvie et la propriétaire qui se sont démenées pour apporter les solutions. Merci

Appartement excellent à tous points de vue

Vacances inoubliables, région magnifique entre plages de rêve et vallées ombragées avec des cours d’eau et des piscines naturelles. Appartement excellent qui mérite son prix: Cuisine petite mais bien équipée, terrasse très grande avec une magnifique vue à 360° sur la mer et un peu la montagne, propreté impeccable (75 euro pour le ménage demandés sur place). Climatisation dans la chambre et le salon. Le lit est confortable, le canapé-lit un peu moins, supermarché et vendeur de fruits et légumes du maraîcher à 10 mn à pied (avec dénivelé). Plage magnifique à 5 min en voiture (pente trop raide pour y aller à pieds, c'est le prix de la vue imprenable). On y reviendra sans doute.

Un bel appartement bien équipé avec une magnifique vue mer et une très grande terrasse très agréable. Dommage pour la vue mer de la chambre dont nous n’avons pas pu profiter car le volet était en panne (la propriétaire nous avait prévenu avant notre arrivée). (Petit bémol : l’état descriptif envoyé avec le contrat de location et les nombreuses recommandations se sont révélés un peu anxiogènes ) Nous avons passé un très bon séjour

This is a great property for a week or two - it has a fantastic terrace, and a well equipped kitchen. It also has its own parking space which is very handy. Very pleasant location out of town (15mins walk or so). Estelle is a very professional and communicative host.
