"Misleading advertisement and management didn’t respond when we complained. I booked a cabin via hotels.com at Finca el Mazo for my family including our two young children. It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. "El alojamiento un acierto. Éramos 10 y había 5 habitaciones. Mucho espacio tanto dentro de la casa como fuera para estar a gusto. Coral, la anfitriona nos lo hizo todo muy fácil. Antes de ir, nos dió toda la información que necesitábamos y también nos dió la posibilidad de dejar la casa el domingo después de comer. Por poner una pega solo hay dos baños y en algunos momentos eran muy solicitados pero nos arreglamos bien."

"Our check-in was very smooth, and the staff was friendly. The property is beautiful - it's quite a stunning setting. The room was spacious and very clean. This goes for the bathroom as well. The decor feels a bit dated. Not that I'm wanting everything in grey tones and uber modern, but the current color scheme leans toward forgotten and lacks vibrancy - it just feels dull. Breakfast is a pretty standard fare of choices. The added option to order eggs and bacon is very nice. Everything we had was tasty. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
