「Main issues - cleanliness dirty appliances greasy surfaces + dead flies had to clean before using. Both fridges/freezers uncleaned 1leaking water constantly mopping floor, didn’t use got fed up of cleaning other people’s dirty. Pet hairs on sofa, surfaces and beds/bedding + dead bugs. No bed linen/pillows, cushions instead, very dusty + dead bugs stuck on them. Was asked if we brought our own bedding on arrival then provided with bed linen and towels that we did not use because of their state....
