Visit the old town of Vaison-la-Romaine, known for its Provençal markets, ancient theatre and enchanting Roman bridge. Or explore Nyons, the capital of olive oil, the Dentelles de Montmirail, a paradise for climbers and hikers, and the southern Ardeche with its wild gorges.
