Très bien situé, proche commerces, restaurants et parc, dans une résidence calme. Propriétaire très sympathique, disponible et de bons conseils. Nous pensons même revenir découvrir la région en été.

Appartement bien situé au coeur de la Ville de la BOURBOULE

Magnifique petit ville, à découvrir pour ceux qui ne la connaissent pas encore. Appartement géographiquement bien situé. Besoin d'être rafffraichi (c'est en cours pour tous les appartements en fil des années par les propriétaires petit à petit) et équipé un peu pour le rendre cocoon (ex: petit sofa ou fauteuils confortables...) pour ceux qui veulent rester au chaud et se reposer ou lire...un peu à l'appartement après une descente de ski, une rando, une cure.....

Un accueil formidable par la propriétaire des lieux qui est adorable. Nous découvrons un logement très fonctionnel pour 3 adultes. Rien a redire sur le logement, certains pourraient parler de la cabine de douche mais cela reste fonctionnel. Avec des chaleurs importants nous avons put bénéficier de la fraicheur du logement. Je vous conseille vraiment cette villa vous y passera un moment très agréable. Merci à la propriétaire

Très beau séjour à la Bourboule dans la villa des familles

Très bon séjour, les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Le logement est petit mais très bien optimisé et très bien situé à La Bourboule. Le seul bémol c'est qu'on entends les voisins.

Logement "Rocher de Vendeix" très bien pour un court séjour. Logement adapté aux familles avec jeunes enfants. Seul bémol : cabine de douche avec WC très exiguë.

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement, aménagé pile comme il faut ! Il n'y a plus qu'à redécorer couloir et cage d'escalier ! L'insonorisation​ n'est pas parfaite mais après une journée de ski, tout le monde étant bien fatigué, le silence vient vite à l'heure du coucher !

Nous avons un agréable séjour dans cette appartement ,très calme , proche des commerces , pas loin des stations de ski : Mont Dore et Super Besse , en plus nous avons eu un beau temps, Les commerçants ,restaurateurs sont accueillant. Nous ne disons pas que nous ne retournerons pas.
