「Good value」

「The owners were exceptionally polite. The beds were so very comfortable. The bar and restaurant were terrific. We felt very welcome. There was a little language barrier but using translator with them worked perfectly. We wanted to see the real parts of Spain, this was the adventure we wanted. I recommend renting car and travel the differ cities. This hotel is definitely a 10.」

「With the exception of an issue with breakfast (which should have been included FOC but we were charged for it at checkout; at the time of writing this is under investigation by Hotels.com), we could not fault the location, the property or its management. It is wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A very very minor point but there was no plugs for the kitchen sink - we did enquire but were told there weren't any.」

「Yo no tenía vistas a los viñedos. El servicio de recepción fue correcto, pero no agradable. El desayuno fue un desastre tanto por la poca variedad como por la calidad. No es normal que a las 10:00 de la mañana se hayan acabado los bollos y no tengan más para reponer. Y de los embutidos mejor no hablar… si en Salamanca están malos los embutidos… En general fue una estancia mala por el precio de todo.」

「Fantastiskt trevlig liten lägenhet. Tyst och lugn. Dock hårda sängar och kuddar men det verkar vara standard när man kommer ner i Europa. Lite besvär vid incheckning då man måste fylla i ett formulär för att identifiera sig och för att få instruktioner om boendet. Det skickas som en länk. Problemet var att allt stod på spanska och det tog till dagen efter innan vi såg att man kunde välja språk uppe i högra hörnet. 」

「El hotel necesita reformas: sillas en salon rajadas tapiceria, oxido por muchas partes. Habitaciones con desperfectos madera, duchas sin silicona.Colchas llenas de pelotillas. El bufete bajo mucho calidad al incorporarse un grupo del Inserso. El Spa es incomodo para personas mayores. Se trata de un Hotel 4 estrellas que por falta de mantenimiento y limpieza no justifica esa categoría. 」
