「We came into Arles and our hotel being fairly sick. The front desk operator, Charlotte, actually sat down with me and arranged a doctor appointment. The clinic required online registration and appointments. When she found that our US phone number did not fit, she substituted her own cell and then sent clinic updates to me through email.
