「My sister had almost $1,000 between Euros & US dollars stolen out of her suitcase in the room. The zipper inside the suitcase was broken and the money was taken. Also, the guy who works in the restaurant for breakfast on the weekend days gave the worst customer service we have ever had at a hotel. He was too busy smoking and drinking coffee behind the door to the kitchen to keep the food areas updated and clean off the dirty tables so there were places for the new customers to sit. I’m not sure how they got the key to a door you need a key card to open it, but somehow they got into my room and six other rooms and took very valuable belongings. When asked the staff to review their cameras, they said we would have to make a police report, which makes no sense because it’s their establishment.
