Apartment located on the 3rd floor, 46m², an entrance giving access to the living room, the open equipped kitchen and the lounge area composed of a sofa bed (140 x 190), a bedroom with two single beds (80 x 190), a bathroom, a washing machine and separate toilet, a south-facing balcony.
