Renovated farmhouse adjoining another gîte, quietly located in a large green space, near the Nantes-Brest Canal. Enclosed garden of 150 m² with terrace, small shared shaded pond. Large games room, outdoor games, 4 adult/child bikes. (shared) available.
Ground floor: living room/living room with open plan kitchen, shower room, separate WC.
Floor: 3 bedrooms (1: 140x190 bed, 2: 2 90x190 beds + 1 140x190 bed, 3: 2 90x190 beds), sleeping area on the mezzanine (90x190 bed), bathroom, separate WC.
Additional equipment: freezer, dryer, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, baby equipment, Wifi.
Included: sheets (beds made).
Not included: electric heating, bathroom linen, wood, tourist tax and obligatory cleaning fee (€90).

Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
