Large, comfortable apartment in an exceptional location near the village and ski slopes.

Apartment for 8 people in chalet very well located 1km from the village (10 minutes walk) and 5 minutes walk from the slopes.
Comfortable Apartment, Warm, Independent in chalet.

Composition of the apartment:

- ROOM OF LIFE 30 m² open kitchen with bar, table that can accommodate 10 people, living room with 2 sofas, 2 armchairs, TV, WIFI.
- KITCHEN Integrated well equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fondue, raclette...)

- 3 ROOMS :
     * Room I 1 bed 140, large window overlooking garden
     * Bedroom II 2 beds of 140, large velux
      * Room III 2 beds of 90 not superimposed, big velux
All bedrooms have large storage cupboards.

- BATHROOM 1 washbasin, shower 80 X 80, washing machine
- Independent WC

You can park your car easily in front of the chalet, the village is 3 minutes by car. A stop SKIBUS is at the foot of the chalet to go to the village and the different departures of tracks. Ski closet.

Spring snowboarding trip

The property was as described, location was good with easy access to the slopes and town. The main gondola could be walked to as could the shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room, even for a party of 5 ageing snowboarders. Good plentiful hot water and kitchen facilities.

Avons passé un très agréable à 7 personnes dont 4 enfants, appartement spacieux, bien équipé et proche des pistes et du centre ville. La propriétaire est aux petits soins avec ces pensionnaires, à refaire sans hésitation !

Formidable!

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cet appartement, très bien entretenu, propre et confortable (A noter, une literie impeccable!). Nous avons été très bien accueilli par la propriétaire des lieux, qui est adorable, très discrète mais disponible, et aux petits soins pour ses locataires. Nous y avons séjourné l'été, nous étions 7 personnes, et disposions d'un bel espace. L'appartement est très fonctionnel, et très bien équipé, à 10 min à pieds du centre de la Clusaz. Rien ne nous a manqué et si nous devions revenir, c'est sur, nous reviendrions au même endroit!

séjour de ski très agréable !

Appartement très spacieux et fonctionnel, propre et bien aménagé, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer une très bonne semaine de ski. Couchages confortables, chauffage au sol, beaucoup de rangements. Forfait ménage possible. Précisions concernant les cours de ski : nous étions un groupe d'amis avec enfants inscrits à l'ESF. Accès facile à pied de l'appartement à la piste de l'Envers (300 m) et au rassemblement ESF (Champ Giguet) par le ski-bus qui s'arrête à 10 m. Le retour après cours peut se faire par la même piste si les cours sont du matin. Pour l'après-midi, les remontées fermant au même moment, retour possible en ski-bus (30 minutes à partir de la gare routière, le circuit faisant une grande boucle) ou en voiture, en divisant le groupe de parents entre ceux qui vont chercher les enfants et ceux qui vont chercher les voitures (marche de 400 m le long de la route).
