"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. Only after we hijacked one of the neighbours keys and left a message through the ski hire guy did we get a call at nearly midnight and finally got let into a room (not the one we booked). They...

"The chalet „Les Ancelles“ is beautifully located in les Confins 4 km away from the la Clusaz village, facing the moutain „la Balme“. The ski lifts of la Balme for alpine skiing and the exceptional nordic skiing domain of les Confins are both located about 3 to 5 mn away by car.
