「Check in was a bit bumpy. We asked for a private room for our anniversary, but the young hotel clerk put us on the first floor and our window faced outdoor seating. Otherwise our stay was very nice.」

「The front desk person was out smoking when we arrived and when they came inside they were rude. There was black hair, it looked to be dog or cat hair all over the bedding and the towels in the bathroom. I went to use the fridge and their was a dessert container on the top shelf so that had not been cleaned or looked in. The rest of the hotel seemed failry clean.」

We could tell he had a very challenging customer on the phone and was staying calm and answered her questions in a pleasant and professional way. Our room was ok.
