"Fantastic "

"Second time staying here. It is excellent for the price! Older property but newly remodeled with rooms having (2) 55” UHD smart TV’s. We love the pool and the hot tub! The grounds and pool are always sparkling clean. Heated pool. Water temperature is 80 degrees (Feb / March) according to my smart watch. Hot tub is 102 degrees. All the staff i encountered were friendly and helpful from the front desk, the groundskeepers and the cleaning staff. Our room was cleaned daily without having to ask, they just did it. Excellent! I had a roll of toilet paper by the bed for allergies and the cleaning staff left an extra box of tissue by the bed :-) Excellent stay! We’ll be back!"

"The hot tub was warm but jets didn’t work"

"The service was very slow. Called guest services for wine glasses and cork screw and no one even came. When we went to the bar to ask the bar tender volunteered to loan us his personal one. They didn’t have amenities they listed either. "

"This is a lovely home in a great location. Most everything we did was within a 20-minute drive or less. Magic Johnson, the property manager was super responsive and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, and basic condiments. It was relaxing to cook most dinners on the outdoor grill and eat by the pool. I wish we had paid the extra fee to heat the pool. I thought the water would heat up on its own in Feb/March but it didn't over the course of our two week stay. "

"Very nice resort! We spent a lot of time sightseeing, so we weren’t at the resort as much as we should have been. However, it was great! Catch the sunset up by the restaurants and you wo t be disappointed. We’ll be back!"
