"Booked our 2 week vacation based on the photos on Expedia and the Mansiones Cruz Del Mar websites. Pictures of the Master Suite looked awesome. What we stayed in are the pictures of the Junior Suite but paid for the fancy Master Suite. Web pictures are very misrepresenting and services that were to be provided were not. Shame on you. Pool area was very nice until the pool filter system quit and the pool turned green. That lasted for over a week. The sewer smell that would filter through our room...

"Absolutely beautiful hotel. The position was amazing and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The restaurants were very good too. I would highly recommend this hotel. If you want a room with a pool at the top, either request a top floor or second floor room. We requested a first floor room and ended up on what I’d consider to be the ground floor, however it ended up being a blessing as we could retreat here when the sun became too much, which it often did."

Desde el principio la experiencia fue muy agradable, porque al llegar el administrador nos espero casi hasta las 7 P.M. y nos llevó de la mano hasta el Departamento. Se encontraba en condiciones muy limpias muy bien decorado con todos los servicios, para cocinar, lavar la ropa, agua, gratis, todo lo que una Casa necesita para recibirte de una forma confortable, tiene dos habitaciones. La principal tiene baño, In suite, balcón precioso, y la otra habitación tiene dos camas individuales, un poco pequeñas, pero muy cómodas, tiene también una terraza, extremadamente agradable y que incluso tiene una mini piscina privada para pasar un rato muy relajado, tiene aire acondicionado, realmente fue excepcional nuestra experiencia. Solamente al final en la última noche se fue el agua, pero se resolvió en aproximadamente una hora y media el problema.También la ubicación es excepcional, porque está aún unos pasos de la playa Santa cruz. Entonces es casi tener la experiencia de un All inclusive. Recomendado 100%."

"I cannot think of anything that could have made our vacation more perfect. It was my husband and I with our three children and their families - 13 of us in total. The way the rooms are set up each family had their own suite. It was like a 5 star all inclusive but we rented the entire resort! The staff treated us like royalty. Flora prepared 3 wonderful meals a day for us. She was accommodating to all of our food restrictions and made sure there was always something for the kids. Grisel is a beautiful person inside and out and was so attentive to our needs. Plus she makes great Margarita’s! I tell you, it was hard to leave this royal lifestyle behind . . A person can get pretty used to being spoiled. I would liked to have brought Grisel, Flora, and Emelia home with me. They do not speak English, so Google Translate worked well for communicating. The location of the villa is great. It is like having your own private place in an ocean side jungle. The pool area is awesome, the beach was fun (would not recommend swimming in the ocean though - Grisel said it would not be safe). The ocean breezes were lovely and took the edge off of the heat. Lots of outdoor lounging areas to just relax and enjoy. Again, it was a perfect family vacation and I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to go to Huatulco with a large number of people. With 13 of us there was still one room we did not use."
