The staff and property was good. Lacked a few essentials like toilet paper at first, and no soap and shampoo, not much on the menu to choose from but the min bar on property was good with a nice private beach right there nobody goes too which was great.

Hi this trip was not the best experience at all. In confresi resort most of the staff have attitudes, all room service was the worst, phone didn’t work, the jacuzzi has mold in jets, there was no hot water to our room for 4 days we asked to get changed to another room they said sure and never switched ...

Wir waren die einzigen Gäste am Schalter, trotzdem war der Check In (ca15min) und Check Out (ca 40min) eine Katastrophe, das ist definitiv zu lange. Ansonsten alles bestens, schöne saubere Anlage und Zimmer. Zum Strand fährt ein Shuttle, Restaurants sind fußläufig (ca 15min) zu erreichen.
