"We did enjoy our time here. The apartment is cute, clean and comfortable. My husband had no issues with the traffic noise but I had difficulty sleeping because of the street noise. Fortunately, the meteor showers were going on so I walked to the baseball diamond at Eckart park and was able to see a bit of the meteor shower activity. "This was a perfect location and get away for my family to get together and go fishing. John and his family are very nice and are great hosts. The location couldn’t be beat if you’re interested in enjoying the Kickapoo River or simply dropping into a sweet Wisconsin small town vibe. "Sorry so late with this review. I have pneumonia and it me hard. Anyway, our time in the heart of Amish country was wonderful! The accommodations were perfect! What a beautiful old building superbly decorated and renovated. It made our stay so relaxing and comfortable. Everything was spotless and enjoyed the coffee each morning. Will definitely do again!"
