“What a horrible experience, I dont understand why the hotel.com app would place a badge for a great breakfast which is what made me choose this stays, The breakfast was less than fair, one poor ladtladylady handing all the tables”

“Nice place and close to Chipichape Shopping Mall! ”

“The hotel is next to the park. In the night a lot of people go to the park to play drums and party. The hotels sound proof facilities are very bad so all the time you can hear people passing by at your door or people talking outside and the drum and party outside is especially annoying. When you go to take breakfast, you need to pass by the toilet which is next to the elevator and next to the breakfast area. And the toilet is very smelly… the worst case what happened was the cleaning lady mixed……

“I will stay here every time I’m in Colombia. The property serves its purpose only thing is there is no weights in the gym but they have a 24 hour gym about five minutes out by Uber. The staff are the best like they leave you alone but still are super attentive of you if that makes sense and they are not trying to squeeze any money out of you in fact they are telling you ways to save money and that’s rare as a U.S. citizen visiting a country like Colombia.”

“Everyone here was nice, but I'm surprised the hostel had such high ratings, it wasn't social, even on a Saturday night, the lockers weren't big enough to fit any backpackers bags inside, and the dorms seemed unfinished, if you had a bottom bunk you would have been totally fine with privacy curtains and such but the top bunks were like a death trap, it was more like a mattress was put on top of a four poster bed than an actual bunk bed. Honestly I just ended up sleeping on the sofa, the breakfast……

“This was the second time staying at this Boutique Hotel. There has been a noticeable improvement. First of all the welcoming effect at check in. Lorena was specially kind and made the experience, a smooth one. Then was the breakfast; a much large variety of options and flavors, and there is also a restaurant onsite. Last but not least. The rooms; comfortable beds and bathrooms. I definitely recommend this hotel to any one.”

“The air conditioner in my room was fine. I wouldn’t say it was ice cold, but it didn’t feel stuffy or sticky. As for the water terrible during my stay, I had to change rooms because the showerhead was leaking water onto the floor and water during my showers were room temperature at its best. When I did change rooms, it was the exact same thing with the water, temp and showerhead. It may have been. The floor I was on ”
