“Beautiful, small, and well maintained. Casa Vincke is located very close to the beach and delightful bars and restaurants. Check in was very easy (for those used to boutique hotels without a formal front desk), and check out was perfectly easy as well. Will definitely be returning.”

“The staff was rude and unhelpful. We waited in the donning room for 20 minutes for assistance, but we had to leave because we were ignored. Our room smells bad, and they said nothing could be done—very poor customer service. ”

The room was stylish however not much space for luggage/items. Although the room came with a kettle and pod espresso machine, it was disappointing that the coffee pods were not replenished, and even the cups and sauces were not replaced after being clearly used. “Communication with the staff prior to arrival was seamless and e-mail/text/phone response times were spot on. Check-in/check-out went very smooth and the reception staff were very professional and friendly. We arrived by car, so keep in mind on-site parking is limited and costs 12 Euro per day/night. The room was terrific; very clean, well-stocked with amenities, functional, comfortable, and spacious. Even had a balcony with an excellent view of the water and outlying rocks. There are a few……

“Hotel is beautiful and bartender was a nice, older gentleman. Beach view impeccable! The front desk staff however with the exception of Paula were just dry. Not friendly or inviting. At one point there were 3 of us waiting to check in and a women sitting behind the desk continued her paper work. Customer service should always come 1st.”

“We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we found our room very spacious and clean. The location is really convenient because it is a minute walk from the main shopping street with many things to do and eat! The beach is also about a 10 minute walk and as international travellers, we found the umbrella rental very affordable and reliable. Would definitely recommend staying here!”
