Charming cottage , secluded property with pool and garden - beaches nearby

The owners settled here in 2021 after living more than 15 years in the Bay Area. Their goal is to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Please watch the video for a complete description of the property.


The studio is about 25 m2 and features a separate bedroom, cooking and dining area - Enjoy the patio and your private front yard for outdoor dining. Barbecue provided. The pool is 9 x4 and right in front of your windows - To preserve all guests' peace, it is accessible from 8 am until 10 pm. The owners and 2 other guest houses share the pool and garden.
A protected biking path nearby allows you to bike to Hyeres / Toulon and all beaches in about 20 minutes. You can park your car on site or use public transportation (Toulon Train station is 20 minutes by direct bus). A lot to explore in Provence outside of the beaches, old villages, markets and a fascinating museum about "debarquement de Provence" (the second D day).
The owner is a French teacher and cooking instructor - One on one classes can be organized upon request.
