"La Gaviota was clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and very convenient for the beach, town and transport. In a 4-day stay, I never saw a member of staff after I was given my keys. On my first night, guests returning in the early hours were very noisy, and this went on for a long time. Also, someone tried my door - though probably a mistake. This becomes a problem when there's no owner/reception on-site presence. In future, as a solo traveller, I'd be happy to pay a few euros more for better...

"Pros: Die Wohnung ist komplett neu und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles ist sehr sauber. Der Vermieter und seine Frau leben im Nachbarhaus. Sie sind sehr bemüht um ihre Gäste. Die Anfahrtsbeschreibung war perfekt und David hat immer wieder nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und ob etwas fehlt. Zum Empfang gab es eine Flasche Wein! "Pros: Un ambiente tranquilo y con vistas al mar. La playa está a pocos pasos. Don Antonio y su esposa Gloria nos atendieron como si fuésemos sus hijos, estuvieron muy atentos en todo momento.
