The Cozy Cottage, in the garden, by the lake, was serene. We were looking for a place off the beaten path for an over night stay, and this was the perfect place. The cottage was clean and had all the necessities for the night. The queen bed was very comfortable and we slept soundly. The communication with the host and check-in was easy. The online description of the cottage and area is accurate. The sunrise view of the lake was chef's kiss. Thank you for sharing your little slice of country living with us.

Perfect spot… Right in the middle of all the things we came to do! Great for a trip up to Round Top and Warrenton for antiquing! And also a day trip into Austin! The cottage was cozy and had all the right things to make it feel like home! My daughter and I had a great stay!

It was lovely to wakeup, sit on the front porch, in the middle of the garden and look at water. It was quiet and serene. We were warmly greeted by Megan and one of her tail-wagging dogs. I would definitely stay here again and the drive to Round Top Antique Show isn't bad at all.

The entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Communication from the owners was prompt and clear throughout our stay. The cottage was exceptionally clean, tastefully updated, and very comfortable. The AC and fans kept the cottage very cool and comfortable the entire time in this Texas heat. The shower was also a particularly enjoyable feature. The view of the lake was serene, quiet and peaceful. Ive stayed at many cottage rentals and this one was absolutely top notch and we would certainly stay again.
