"This is a perfect getaway place to leave everything behind for a few days. Our hosts provided us with everything and more to make our stay pleasant and stress free. "My partner and I booked this little gem on a quiet weekend in Roundtop. The property is well kept, the pool was clean and our cabin was cozy. If I could make a suggestion it would be to move check out time from 10 am to 11 am. The maintenance man arrived at 9:30 and we felt rushed to leave."

"Our group consisted of my sister, niece, daughter and myself and we visited Smithville with the mission of shopping at Consuela and enjoying some good food and quality time together playing games. The Ramona house was the perfect setting to relax and enjoy our time together and it is across the street from Consuela and walking distance to downtown. "The property is located a about a mile off of 290. The house has been updated with nice appliances and is fully furnished. The kitchen has all the conveniences of home. The home has 2 bedrooms, but has another room that could be used for sleeping. There is no laundry room available. The yard is gated and fully fenced in for the little ones. "We came in for the Cattle Country Music Festival my husband and I and 3 teenage girls. We found this place last minute we always like somewhere different to stay and this was up our alley. Coolest place they did a great job restoring the Sinclair down to the little details to make you feel at home. We will definitely re book and recommend it to friends and family."

"We loved our "ranch get-a-way" The house is exactly as described and pictured. the beds are comfortable, even the ones in the upper loft area. Mary Beth, the owner, responds very quickly! We had three adults for our stay, but a small family gathering for dinner on one night. The kitchen is well stocked with quality knives etc... It was a perfect 3 night stay!!"

"The home was absolutely lovely. I was a tad bit surprised by the location and outside, but once you are inside it feels like home! Not many places (hotel-wise) in Giddings that give you the feels. It was clean, had the right amount of space for the three of us, and was located close enough to roundtop that we didn’t have to drive far but far enough away that we were with the big crowds.
