「The best place to stay in San Gil : really friendly and helpful staff, nice bar area with really good cocktails, games and a ping pong. They kept our stuff for us after we checked out so we could do all the things we had planned. I would stay there again if i ever come back!」

「The bedroom had the tiniest roll of toilet paper we had a 4 night stay and had to keep asking for toilet paper. The room keys would get deactivated so we would go to our room on the 3rd floor then had to walk all the way down to the lobby to get it reactivated.That was a hassle . The hotel has no elevator so be prepared t walk up the stairs . Nobody offered us to help with our luggage . Rooms are very hot inside . At least there was a fan . Online the hotel gives a price then They charged us 5%...

「We had a comfortable 2 nights. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed comfortable. It was nice to have AC and a fridge. Unfortunately, we did not get to use the pool, but it looked clean. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful. It was walking distance to the bus station. Would recommend. 」

「The property manager doesn’t have good hospitality skills , was very rude when I came to ask about the jacuzzi and internet none of them work telling if I want ed a working jacuzzi and WiFi I had to pay extra to get transfer to an other cabin , when I had already booked the deluxe cabin with everything included and was charge weeks before arrive to the place , after that the view is beautiful 」

「El hotel contratado fue malo, primero el baño estaba fuera de la habitación el cual era compartido, contraté con parqueadero para el carro y no había me dijeron q lo dejara afuera y les dejara las llaves por si tocaba moverlo, cuando me fui a bañar me negaron el agua caliente porque era en el horario de 7pm a 10pm. No lo recomiendo 」
