"Perfect stay. The room was huge, recently renovated, with super comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was also big, with spacious shower. You get access to the Bains, with the hotel providing with bathrobe and towels, and an underground tunnel to easily access the pools. The village of Charmey and the valley are beautiful, with a télécabine near the hotel, so the access for hikes and other activities (such as toboggans) was very easy. "This is a cosy hotel located in the city centre. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated. The restaurant on the ground floor was quite busy when we arrived on Saturday night. I expect it to be popular based on the reviews. There are plenty of street parking spots in the area, but it might take a while to find one during busy times. We stayed there only one night, but we'll book again if we return to the area. "

"This hotel is a gem. The rooms are modern, comfortable and have everything you need. Very spacious and immaculately clean. If you have a lake view room, the view is worth the money! The restaurant was really good, free breakfast was amazing with tons of options, and amenities were great. We took advantage of walking down to the lake and sitting in the hotel loungers lakeside and swimming. It was priceless. I want to come back to stay here for a week. The only disadvantage is that there’s not much of a town with restaurant options. Luckily hotel has a great bar and restaurant with beautiful outdoor seating options with a stunning view. Also We had a car so it wasn’t a problem. Interlaken is 20 mins. drive. It a perfect base to visit Grindlewald and do other day trips."
