"This house was perfect for our stay. We had a family with a total of fourteen of us stay and it fit us comfortably! The host Carolyn was super nice and amazing. She was prompt to answer any questions we had. The house was clean and very nicely kept. Would recommend you stay here if you are bringing a larger group. Plenty of parking for more than two cars. Loved it!"

"Our family stayed at the property for 3 nights during a quick SoCal visit. The layout of the house was perfect in providing separate sleeping areas for the children and adults while also having plenty of common shared space in which to visit and relax. Check-in and check-out were both quick and convenient as was communication with the property owners. The property was everything we were looking for and needed. "This is advertised as a million dollar mansion with spectacular views but it is an absolute dump. The house was disgusting and filthy. The floors made your feet black, the sheets had stains on them, and their was dust everywhere. The pictures of the home make it seem that is well put together. In reality, there are dirt on the wall, holes in the floor, ceilings, and walls. When an area is touched up with paint, it is done with a different color so the overall house looks run down and old....

"Wonderful stay in this high end property. It had plenty of room for our family to gather. Large master suites and comfortable queen and twin bedrooms. Well stocked amenities, lots of sunny outdoor spaces for relaxing and convenient to upscale markets, freeway and river for walks. Located in nice residential area. Wonderful stay and owner very responsive to my questions and texts."

"We booked this home for our family Disneyland trip. Our family included our two adult children and their families which included our grandchildren . 3 under 6 and two teenage boys , plus two adult grandchildren . The house set up was perfect. The kids has a area to hang out , while the adults had separate area to hang out away , but near the children. Our 2 and 6 year old granddaughters absolutely loved the jungle bedroom and enjoyed playing in it . The neighborhood is very quiet and close by...

"The hotel itself is nice. The room I got was spacious and is near a lot of walkable spots for shopping, eating, and activities. However it being Los Angeles there is a lot of homeless and that also brings a lot of foul odors and a bit of some no safe areas to walk. Your drive to the hotel will be shocking if you haven’t been to this city recently or never. There is a lot! This hotel has cameras all around it. Its biggest downside is parking. "Staff were friendly and helpful. The property was nice and very close to the Long Beach Convention center. Basically, it only took 4-5 minutes to walk there from the dock. Additionally, there are several restaurants and a few shops in the immediate vicinity. The primary concerns were the number of homeless people surrounding the area and the somewhat limited parking for overnight accommodations. Overall, it was a memorable experience. "
