Very small studio in a quiet residential neighborhood. Clean, quiet, comfy queen bed, easy street parking, beautiful beach view w access points nearby. Bottle of wine and ground coffee/creamers a nice touch. Shower is crazy strong. Cons: Photos are a bit deceptive as the patio photos are not from the studio. You walk down a flight of stairs to the patio. Your view is the sides of two buildings w a slice of the ocean from one corner of the studio. Patio is in front of renters below. Studio is glass on 2 sides and privacy requires closing full shades as other guests walk past.
