Old and comfortable Limousine house located in a small, very quiet hamlet of 8 houses.
3 bedrooms - Old floors - Beams and country furniture - Equipped kitchen - Living room - Fiber WiFi.
Private garden, not overlooked facing south - Wooden terrace (25m2) - Pergola with shaded dining area - Garden furniture - Barbecue - View of the rolling countryside. The hamlet path is a dead end and stops 200m away - Little traffic, peace and quiet for young children.
Swimming pool with shared access - 10m x 6m - Small bath 1m and gently sloping up to 1.90m. - UV sterilization (no chlorine, no chemicals) - Automatic solar shutter for security and water heating. Mid-May water at 25-26°C, June to end of September 26 - 30°C.
Children's and adults' bikes available - surrounding roads without traffic.
As soon as you leave the hamlet, easy “nature” walks can be done with young children (countryside and forests). Numerous marked circuits.
Lakes and rivers nearby - swimming - sailing - fishing - Downhill cycling (Singletracks) - Pony rides very close.
Farm visits - Farmers' markets - vegetables, organic eggs, local beer - Limousin meat in the village.

Delightful taste of rural France
Stayed 5 nights in this lovely property in a delightful part of France. The house has a modern kitchen and bathroom downstairs. Upstairs, the bedrooms have modern hand basins and bidets, otherwise everything else is authentically original which adds to the charm. Across the road is the owner's property complete with a very pleasant swimming pool. An added bonus for us was that the owner, Alain, was staying in his house. He is an absolute charmer and very helpful. The only possible downside is that there is only one toilet and it is downstairs. The nearby village is a couple of miles away and has butcher, baker and tabac , bar/cafe and a small convenience store for essentials.

Juste parfait
Un endroit très beau emprunt de quiétude et de nature
L'hôte, Alain, est un homme très accueillant, il nous a donné beaucoup de bon conseils pour découvrir les alentours et la beauté du Limousin, il a également fait découvrir à mes enfants les plaisirs simples de ce qu'offre la nature, il est très à l'écoute
Si vous voulez un séjour au calme et profiter d'une nature magnifique, n'hésitez pas, Alain saura vous accueillir comme peu d'hôtes le font

Propriétaire très poli et gentil mais il ajoute des contraintes supplémentaires chaque jour pour sa piscine, ci joint le détail :
1 Les horaires 2h maxi et sortir pour 18h
2 Prévenir 10mn avant arrivée sur piscine et être ponctuel
3 Pas de vagues à la piscine car cela dérègle le système de couverture automatique immergée.
4 Pas sauter car es dalles autours de la piscine se détachent
5 Pas de bruit pour préserver le calme de la propriété
ces contraintes devraient apparaitre dans la présentation

Excellent séjour
Nous venons de passer un excellent séjour dans cette maison qui sait garder la fraicheur, à l'intérieur comme dans son jardin (d'accord, un peu moins dans le jardin mais la terrasse arborée et "canissée" est très agréable). Alain et Monique sont des hôtes très agréables, à l'écoute et discrets, et le fait de prévenir pour l'accès à la piscine n'a pas été contraignant du tout. La piscine, comme la maison devaient être parmi les plus propres où nous ayons séjourné.
Bref, nous sommes très content de notre séjour, où, en plus, le soleil été de la partie :)

Beau séjour à La Jonchère Saint Maurice
Maison de campagne très agréable.Rien ne manque dans la location.Le propriétaire est très avenant,toujours prêt à nous informer sur les activités à faire aux alentours et très gentil avec les enfants.
Nous avons passé un bon séjour.Les enfant étaient ravis de retrouver la piscine très bien entretenue après les promenades.

Stilte en duisternis
De woning was prima, beetje Spartaans misschien. Hoewel prima keuken en uitstekende badkamer. Maar de landelijke rust, de vogels, de hagedisjes bij de voordeur, en de duizenden sterren. Want als het donker is, is het echt donker. Er is nauwelijks tot geen kunstlicht in de omgeving. Louterend.
