The hotelroom was clean and good. The one behind the desk couldn't speak english and that is in my eyes very important especially when you work in a hotel. But the hotel itself was good. Good beds only the pillow was a disaster. You need to put normal pillows and not the roll

Worst reception ever and possible fraud issues

Actual hotel was ok but having taking authorisation details earlier while booking I was then charged again at the hotel .Actually two payments were attempted to be taken from my saved debit card ! HSBC contacted me regarding fraud attempts and blocked my card.But even worse than that the female on reception was aggressive and shouted non stop.

Sehr praktisch für die Durchreise nach Südspanien gelegen. Parkplatz, Klimaanlage, ruhige ind gut abdunkelbare Zimmer.

Leider wusste ich nicht, dass um die Ecke ein Straßenstrich ist und in näherer Umgebung sexshops. MeinTeenager fand es nicht so lustig und ist im Hotel geblieben. Fussläufig vom Einkaufszentrum. Ich habe mich immer sicher gefühlt. Toilettenbrille locker. Aber alles sauber. Abgepacktes Frühstück. Man konnte nicht nachnehmen. Aber war gut. Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Gute Park möglichkeiten.

On y reviendra sûrement

Rapport qualité prix très correct. Personnel gentil, petit dej pré préparé et grandiose. Je conseille d’appeler avant d’arriver pour bien indiquer l’heure d’arrivée. Parking devant non couvert mais nous n’avons pas eu de problème malgré les voitures pleines. Chambres spacieuses. Comme souvent, bien que les chambres semblent bien isolées, si il y a du tapage dans le couloir ou la chambre d’à côté ça peut s’entendre. En tout cas on a passé une nuit agréable (nous avions 2 chambres pour 6 personnes)

El recepcionista bastante mal educado, tiene poca paciencia para estar cara el publico, porque ivamos hacer el check in a las 14.00 como me ponia en la reserva que se podia hacer apartir de esa hora, de muy malas maneras me dijo que no era verdad que era a las 15.00 y enseñandole la reserva seguia en sus treces muy mal educado, teniendo personal asi no es agradable para un hotel, asi lo que hacen es espantar a los clientes, y no sera por hoteles que hay bastantes alrededor y seguro que no seran tan mal educados

Tres belle chambre tres propre Literie excente. Climatisation. Salle de bain grande et bien équipée en linge de toilette. Aucun bruit malgré sa situation en plein centre commercial. Tres bon petit déjeuner au regard de son prix

Prima om te overnachten zeker voor die prijs. Nettte en ruime kamer. Goed ontbijt. Vlak aan de autoweg en grens. Omgeving is niet gezellig, heel veel vrachtverkeer maar het hotel is prima.

Tres bon rapport qualité prix

Nuit très bien passée, calme, accessible à tous. Je le recommande. Seul petit bémol le petit-déjeuner n'est pas un buffet a volonté, le plateau est copieux mais pas le choix dommage nous préférons plus de pains et pas de gâteaux mais c'est notre avis. Sinon très bien accueilli.
