「This was by far the best stay our family has had. So peaceful, beautiful views and amazing , helpful staff. We arrived and they had refreshments waiting for us, anything we needed they were right there and helpful, the boat ride to Flores was so relaxing with comfortable seats. The food was delicious. I could not recommend this place enough!」

Since I had early morning activities planned, the hotel thoughtfully prepared a to-go breakfast for me, which was both convenient and greatly appreciated. The front desk staff was amazing and went above and beyond to help us sign up for the Tikal tour. Their assistance made the process easy and seamless. 「Overall the staff and room were very clean and maintained. The bathroom was the only issue I had. There was a small smell of mildew and the air extractor was horrible when on. RM 203. Love the pool!」

La habitacion estuvo impia, las camas amplias y hay ventilador para dormir fresco. El petsonal muy amable y colaborafor, nos trasladaron al aetopuerto. 」

「Big room with a fan and aircon and cleaned daily. Room also had a window opening onto a great view; and an even better view from the terrace! Staff were super helpful and answered my (many) questions, although not sure whether they speak English. The only downside is no restaurant for breakfast, but there are some great places around, so it’s not really an issue. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!」
