「Recomendada. Todo excelente 」

「The apartment was very well kept and clean. There were utensils and other kitchen items that came in handy for making breakfast for the family. The location was perfect as it was not far from all the beach activities. There was a security person 24 hours a day which helped with the safety aspect. There is street parking but it is literally in front of the building and security sits outside most of the time so everything felt safe. I really enjoyed staying here and highly recommend. 」

「This is been one of the best places we've ever stayed at. The apartment was spotless, big, had everything we needed, beautiful view, great amenities and friendly management. The area is great for families, Chipipe has a more calm vibe. Having a folder with info and instructions was very helpful. I really can't think of anything bad about this place, if you can afford it, you won't be disappointed! Worth every penny.」

「My only criticism is that the power for the rental was turned off at the circuit breaker. It should be turned on prior to the guests arrival. I originally thought nothing was working until I noticed the refrigerator was. At the circuit breaker, the refrigerator power was tapped off to stay on and all other tabs were off. If I had arrived at night, that would have been very difficult to determine in the dark. 」

「If you are looking for a perfect location on the Malecon at Salinas and want to stay at a roomy location with character, look no further. From initial conversations until the final check out, our experience with the property manager was outstanding! The only downside was the sound of the clubs nearby on Friday and Saturday nights. The kitchen was huge! The bathroom were updated. We loved the ability to spread out in the property! Loved the front door access to Malecon and the beach! This...

The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed drinking coffee in the mornings while watching the sea turtles swimming around. 「El Departamento muy bueno, acceso a la playa (playa casi exclusiva para los residentes de las torres), piscinas y jacuzzi muy bien, el personal administrativo muy gentil. Lo único malo fue el acceso a las torres, calles en mal estado sin luminarias adecuadas, nos dio temor salir en la noche.」
