We welcome you to a farmhouse that we have been renovating - with love - for 4 years.
This second 70m2 gîte will open in August 2021 in an old renovated farm barn. It meets the standards to accommodate people with reduced mobility and is in the process of being awarded the ""Tourism and Handicap"" label for the 4 handicaps (motor, mental, visual, auditory).
The cachet of the old wooden frame and the modern comforts of a recent gîte, guarantee you a comfortable stay in our farmhouse, quietly located in the bucolic little village of Madelaine-sous-Montreuil in Côte d ' Opale, near remarkable tourist places (Montreuil-sur-Mer, Le Touquet Paris-Plage) and the most beautiful beaches of the Opal Coast (Stella, Merlimont, Berck-sur-mer, etc.).
With a capacity of 5 people, including 2 bedrooms (one PMR on the ground floor and one on the mezzanine), 1 lounge area, 1 open equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and 2 terraces (1 accessible to PMR). The cottage is completely new, all the furniture and equipment are new.
The rooms are equipped with high quality bedding. The bedroom on the ground floor has two twin beds of 90 * 190 cm assembled either in a double bed (bed linen adapted) to accommodate a couple, or separated individually; with the possibility of removing a single bed to replace it with a medical bed.
Upstairs, two bedrooms: one equipped with a "Queen size" bed of 180 * 200 cm. The second bedroom has a single bed of 90 * 190cm.
In all the sleeping arrangements, you will sleep in high quality cotton sheets for more comfort ... and sweet dreams!
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a sink and sanitary facilities.
The cottage was built with love, patience and ecological materials, as much as possible! We hope that during your stay you will be able to feel all the beautiful energies that have contributed to erect this second gîte ... others to follow in the summer of 2022!

The price includes:
Bedding, Towels, Cleaning fee. A private parking space is reserved for you, you can also benefit from other parking spaces if you come with several cars. We also offer a wide range of practitioners and therapists in the area if you want to be pampered and take care of yourself during your stay! Masseurs, yoga teachers, sophrology, reflexology, Thai massage, bio beautician, naturopaths, etc. offer you their rates and special services on site, do not hesitate to contact us before your stay.

If you arrive on Friday or Saturday, know that you can order your local vegetables, fruits, meats until Wednesday midnight on https://www.drive-fermier.fr/montreuillois-62/ (collection point: Ecuires) we will pick up your shopping for you on Friday at 6 p.m. and you will be able to consume local products from Montreuil during your stay.
Some essential points as a reminder:
Arrival times are scheduled in the afternoon from 5 p.m. Please inform us in advance of your arrival time, especially in case of late or delayed arrival. Departure times are scheduled in the morning before 11 a.m. Bed linen and bath towels are provided The cottage is equipped with the necessary consumables at the start of the stay, it is up to you to restock (coffee, tea, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing powder, toilet paper, soap, etc.) An entry inventory and an exit inventory with inventory are provided when the keys are handed over and returned. According to the regulations in force, the tourist tax is 0.40 € per day and per person, this amount will be requested at the time of your departure during the exit inventory. The amount of the deposit for the rental of this furnished tourist accommodation is € 500 , regardless of the length of stay.A check for this amount will be requested upon arrival during the entry inventory. It will be returned to you after the exit inventory if the furnished tourist accommodation is returned in the same condition as when you arrived.
