The room and general upkeep of the space was good, the problem we encountered was a lack of quality food available. There is one full service restaurant avaliable for dinner and the bar area has a very limited selection. We felt responsible for not having made dinner reservations so booked room serv8ce. When room service was 15 minutes late we followed up.only to hear that there was an error and service would be completed in 40 minutes.

Nice visit

Beautiful grounds and overall good stay. However, they had a technical issue where the cafe could not charge things directly to the room number and the manager came up to the staff member and in front of us, the guests, was very abrubt and rude. Customer service on this was not good and I felt for the nice lady who was serving us. He needed to take a step back and relax and be polite to the staff.

We stayed for 3 nights. Very friendly staff. Lots of activities such as tennis, mini golf, biking, walking paths. The pool is heated. We loved the steam room. The restrooms on the main floor were not well-maintained. A toilet was clogged for 2 days and there was no soap in the ladies restrooms. The room was a little cold. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The bathroom was confining and much room for movement and no ventilation. Ladies washroom next to the gift shop was not given proper attention. The staff was friendly and helpfu.

The Manoir is the Manoir

Nice place, great view on the St-Laurence River. Easy to go to the Casino by the underground tunnel. Superb Gym! Pool, spa, outdoor heated pool… everything is awsome.

Love the area,great view but the room was awfoul such as missing peint on the Wall, fourniture was dirty plus the reception was no help. Where are the 5 stars standards? Also the outside pool is too Small to many people for the place there is no intimacy for people who wants to relax. Great food a bit expensive 96$Can for brunch for 2 adultes

ROBIN

Room rate + $35 daily resort fee made it expensive for what we got. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable but little things like no bottled water included were an irritant. Had dinner at the restaurant one evening...it was disappointing. There was a convention going on so I guess that caused nearer parking lots to be always full...the further ones were quite a distance from the main building. Overall impression, not worth the money.
