"Great ocean view room, clean, nice breakfast, and best feather pillow ever. "

"The bed was comfortable. Room seemed clean but when we went to use a glass it still had water in it. Even with the paper top on it. Made me second guess the true cleanliness of the room. The shower has soap residue on everything like it had barely been cleaned. We didn’t eat at the restaurants they didn’t really have anything we wanted. We stayed here on our wedding night in 1989 and it was so much nicer then. Now it’s just mediocre. There was a big wedding going on and they took over the whole lobby. The elevators were very slow. Staff was very friendly. "

"Do NOT book here. The strong smell of mold when you walk in is overwhelming. I immediately had my children return to the car. I cannot believe this hotel is allowed to operate. I honestly wouldnt give a homeless person a room here. The larger hispanic lady at the front Desk was annoyed to have to speak to me, no refunds if you dont stay. Its a scam. It was an awful experience"

"This hotel is going thru construction but the room was very dirty and the bathroom was horrible hair everywhere. Mirror nasty and the tub was horrible. The hotel seem very old . I wouldn’t walk around bare foot on any of their floors . For the price it should be cleaner but u are playing for the beach and indoor pool . Everything else is horrible"

"So bad the smell on the room, the smell was awful 😖 too much humidity in the room, we asked for a change of the room several times but always it was an excuse to not do it, we paid for a room and we were treated like if the room was given to us free, like there were not option"

"No shampoo. No conditioner. Bath towels were tiny. Only 3 channels on TV. No coffee. No mini fridge. No facial tissue. No hair dryer. The lock was low in battery so it had to be programmed.the only good things were: form bed. Good solid pillows. Smelled clean. The handyman was very helpful."
