"Golden should be manly about it and give back at least two stars. It is a 3 stars property. Dirty. Filthy dirty. The employees have no manners to the point that to make them stop i threatened to call the police at 1:00 am. This place should be closed for a health inspection, demoted by the Tourism Ministry and delisted from Expedia. "

"The residence we had was old, sofa dirty, ac remote did not work, tv did not work and bathroom sink would not drain. Paid to sleep in a decent bed and swim in a pool that bad no towels. Reception and cleaning ladies nice. Should have been offered a new room right away, instead waited for maintenance that took forever so we gave up."
