「The room was not ready. I checked in and received a key and went to my room - to find housekeeping and an open door. (The cleaner told me the man who checked me in thought a traveling nurse made the reservation and I didn’t look like one, he gave me a different room. He thought someone else was still coming for the other room. The one that I reserved and that WAS ready for me.) She seemed to have just started but said she’d only be a few minutes. After maybe 10 minutes, she went to get a vacuum...

「It’s newer but cleaning is not great. Fairly new and stained up carpets. Shame on the past occupants staying there also for making the stains. The one elevator button on the main level was inoperative… little things that start a trend for a place if not kept up」
