"Looking at the hotel.com website it was not clear I would be stopping in a mobile home, not happy. I also booked this location specifically for a night out at a favourite night spot in Benidorm 'Benidorm Palace'. Because my Mum is registered disabled we decided to drive the car up to the reception area, and then got a taxi into Benidorm. The show at the Palace didn't finish until 1.30AM. When we retuned to the hotel we were refused access by car, and was told to walk to our mobile home which was...

"Great location; close to Alicante, Altea and the Beach; you can take a Bus right in front of the Hotel, however, you will need a Car if you like more freedom of movement. The provided breakfast is a great value and you will not find it anywhere else!
