The apartment consists of a living room, a double bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and terrace overlooking the pool, located on the first level. It is fully furnished, equipped with all small appliances, toaster, kettle, microwave, hairdryer, Dvd player, flat screen Tv, with satellite Tv. In the complex you can use the condominium swimming pool, the gym and the tennis court. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs, to be able to have meals outdoors as well as two deckchairs for relaxation. In front of the terrace there is a small garden with a large palm tree. You will be provided with sheets, towels, crockery and pots and pans. There is also a small library with texts in Italian, French and English. The residence is located 200 meters from the shopping center "il Campanario", 300 meters from the beach. Outside the Residence, the places I recommend to visit are the beach of the Dunes, El Cotillo, with 1/2 ferry you can also visit the island of Lanzarote. The water park "il Bacu" is within walking distance and is about 500 meters away. Recommended restaurants are: L'avenida, the Meson de Teja, located in the Waikiki road.
